Dans nos sociétés et nos discours, le care reste encore aujourd’hui largement considéré comme une affaire inférieure, féminine, enfoui sous d’autres questions plus importantes telles que la croissance économique et le profit. Le dossier vise à déterrer la nature du care et à présenter différents angles pour en reconstituer sa pertinence.

Conversation « sentipensante » sur le care décoloniale
Le care est important au sens où il est la condition de possibilité de la vie humaine, parce que les êtres humains ont besoin que d’autres personnes s’occupent d’elles dès leur plus jeune âge : nous ne savons pas quoi manger, comment parler, comment nous déplacer. Le care est la réponse à ces besoins qui sont nécessaires au maintien de la vie humaine (et au-delà).
